From drop-off to folded — here's exactly what happens to your laundry.
Bring your laundry to the counter — by 3 PM for next-day, noon for same-day. For pickup, have bags out by 9 AM Monday. Tell us any requests: separate whites, scent-free, hang-dry.
We weigh your order at the counter and text you the exact weight and total. Nothing is charged until you know the number.
Settle up at drop-off, or tell us to charge the card on file at pickup. Either way, you know the total before any money moves.
We sort by color and fabric, wash at the right temperature, dry, and fold everything flat. Specialty items are handled separately. Your order is bagged and labeled with your name.
Next-day ready by noon, same-day by 9 PM. Swing by anytime — we hold orders 48 hours. Pickup & delivery orders come back to your door Tuesday by 6 PM.
