Do I need a Loyalty Card to use the machines? +
No — you can pay by credit card, tap to pay, or cash at any machine. But the Loyalty Card gets you a 10% bonus whenever you load $20 or more, plus you earn reward points on every wash. It's free — sign up at m.fascard.com or pick up a card at the front counter.
What payment methods do you accept? +
Loyalty Card (FasCard), credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash. No coins required — all payments go through the card readers on each machine.
What size washers do you have? +
We have 44 washers from 20 lb to 90 lb — including a 9-loader for big loads like comforters and sleeping bags. Prices run from $4.00 to $13.50 per cycle. See the full price list.
Is there always an attendant on duty? +
Yes. There is always a staff member on the floor during open hours. They can help you choose the right machine, troubleshoot issues, and answer questions about WDF drop-off.
Wash, Dry & Fold
How does wash, dry & fold work? +
Bring your bag to the front counter. We weigh it, log your order, and you choose whether to pay now or at pickup. We wash, dry, fold, and bag everything. Next-day orders (drop off by 3 PM) are ready after noon the next day. Same-day orders (drop off by noon) are ready by 9 PM. Full details here.
How do I schedule a pickup? +
Book online at mylaundryorder.com or call (910) 491-2888. Pickups happen on Mondays — have bags out by 9 AM. Deliveries come back Tuesdays by 6 PM.
How does the final charge work? +
We weigh your laundry when you drop it off and text you the weight and total before we charge your card. You're never surprised. Pay at drop-off, or we charge the card on file at pickup — your choice.
Do you handle comforters, dog beds, and specialty items? +
Yes — comforters, sleeping bags, dog beds, pillows, and horse blankets are all priced per item, not per pound. Prices vary by size and fill type. See the full specialty price list.
What if something is damaged or lost? +
Call us at (910) 491-2888. We log every order and know exactly what came in. If there's a problem, we'll handle it directly.
Where do you offer pickup and delivery? +
